Turn the cartridge
upside down, to remove the plastic film that seals the filling
hole. |
 |
Using a ballpoint
pen push the ball bearing into the cartridge. |
 |
Place the needle
onto the syringe and fill with ink. |
 |
SLOWLY inject the
ink into the filling hole. |
 |
Seal the hole with
the stoppers provided. This must be airtight, if not the cartridge
will leak. If the hole and stopper is not airtight then secure
and seal with strong adhesive tape. |

Turn the cartridge
the correct way up, ink will leak from the print heads. Blot
the print heads with tissue for 2 minutes to remove any excess
ink. |
 |
Important - DO NOT
leave the cartridge standing on the tissue. |
 |
Clean the syringe
with water and dry it. |
 |
Leave the cartridge
to stand on an non absorbent surface over night, to ensure no
leakage. |
 |
Install the cartridge
into the printer and run a priming/cleaning cycle as pre printer
instructions. |
